1. Introduction

Welcome to StockStreaks ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

StockStreaks is a market simulation game designed for entertainment and educational purposes. It uses historical market data to simulate trading scenarios.

2. Not Financial Advice

The Service is a simulation game. No real money is involved, traded, or exchanged. The content provided is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Historical performance shown in the app is not indicative of future real-world results.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency & Goods

The Service may include virtual currency ("Paper Money") or virtual items. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for actual currency, goods, or services from us or any other party. You have no property interest in any virtual currency or items.

5. Subscription & Billing

StockStreaks may offer premium features via a subscription model ("StockStreaks Pro"). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding historical market data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StockStreaks and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StockStreaks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
